🔍 Reusable Global Filters

To make your data analysis more flexible, we've introduced Reusable Global Filters. This allows you to create filters that apply across multiple widgets, helping you streamline data views for different channels or objects. Whether you need to filter your reports by region, sales channel, or any other criteria, you can now set up a filter once and use it wherever needed.

With Global Filters, you no longer have to manually set filters for every widget. This saves time and ensures consistency across your data visualizations. Ready to try it? Set up your global filters now.

📊 Root Cause Analysis

We've added more depth to Root Cause Analysis, especially for Funnel charts. With the latest update, your funnel analysis now comes with enhanced insights based on the configurations you choose. By diving deeper into each stage of the funnel, you can uncover performance bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement more efficiently.

Why it’s useful:

This upgrade helps you identify key reasons behind funnel drop-offs or stage delays, offering actionable insights to optimize your processes. Learn how to configure Root Cause Analysis.

⏱ Custom  Data Refresh for Salesforce

Timely data is vital for accurate decision-making, so we’ve added the ability for users to set their own Salesforce data refresh intervals. You can now choose to refresh data at intervals of 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours, directly from the Basic Info page. This feature ensures you’re always working with the most current data without manual intervention.

Why it’s useful:
If you’re closely monitoring your sales pipeline throughout the day, you can now set your data to refresh every four hours. This allows you to react promptly to changes, ensuring that your sales strategies are based on the latest information. Learn how to customize data refresh intervals.

📈 Stacked Percentage for Tabular Charts

Our Stacked Percentage feature allows you to plot percentage value distributions and calculate delta percentages (comparing current values with previous ones) directly in your tabular reports. Whether you're measuring growth or decline over a specific time frame, this feature provides a clearer comparison by visualizing changes in percentage terms.

Why it’s useful:
For instance, if you’re evaluating the performance of different sales reps, the weightage metric can reveal each rep’s impact relative to others over time. Weighted averages can highlight who’s consistently performing well, and delta percentages can show how performance has shifted since the last period. Explore Stacked Percentage in tabular reports.

Improvements

➕ Manually add values using the "Equal To" operator

Our improved ‘Equal To’ operator now supports multi-value selection with an easy-to-use ‘add’ icon. This enhancement allows you to manually enter comma-separated values. Filtering data by specific criteria has never been easier!

🧮 Flexible Custom Metric Calculations

Now, you have the flexibility to choose between row-wise and aggregated custom metric calculations. Row-wise calculations allow you to apply a custom metric to each individual row, while aggregated calculations apply it after summarizing or grouping the data. This enables more tailored and precise data analysis based on the type of insights you need.

Why it’s useful:
Let’s say you’re calculating the average revenue per customer across multiple segments. With row-wise calculations, you can see the revenue for each customer individually. If you need a broader view, use the aggregated calculation to get insights across grouped segments, like regions or product lines. Set up your custom metrics now.
