We are excited to announce several new features and improvements designed to enhance your reporting experience with Revlitix. This detailed overview highlights what's new, what's improved, and what has been fixed in our June 2024 update.

What’s New?

Cohort Analysis

Introducing Cohort Analysis, a powerful tool that allows your sales team to understand lead conversion rates better. This feature helps you analyze each cohort individually, providing insights into how leads are turning into opportunities over time. 

By tracking the progress of different cohorts, you can identify patterns and trends that can inform your sales strategies, making your approach more data-driven and effective.

Improvements

Raw Data Expansion

We have enhanced our data visualization capabilities by allowing users to expand metrics in Funnel Stages and goal-tracking charts. 

With just one click, you can now view the raw data behind these metrics. This improvement provides a deeper level of analysis, enabling you to scrutinize the finer details of your sales performance and make more informed decisions.

Multiple Filters for Tabular Reports

Our reporting tool now supports multiple filters in Tabular and Funnel charts. Users can select several filters from dropdown menus, and these filters will appear under the filter field. This enhancement offers a more customizable and detailed reporting experience, allowing you to segment your data in various ways to uncover specific insights.

Comparison Charts in Scheduled Reports

Users can now include comparison charts when scheduling reports. This feature enables you to automate the comparison of data over different periods, making it easier to track changes and trends. Scheduled reports with comparison charts can provide valuable insights into performance over time, helping you identify areas of improvement or success.

OR Functionality in Funnel Stages

The ‘OR’ filter can now be applied while creating funnel stages.

Access Control for Sales Analytics

We have added an access control module in Sales Analytics to ensure that the right people have access to the right data. This feature allows administrators to grant permissions based on roles, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized personnel. This improvement enhances data security and helps maintain the integrity of your sales analytics.

Fiscal Quarter Filtering

Our Funnel Overview Chart now includes a filter for fiscal quarters. This addition allows you to segment your funnel data by fiscal quarters, providing more relevant and time-specific insights. By aligning your analysis with your fiscal calendar, you can gain a clearer understanding of your sales performance and plan more effectively for future quarters.

Goal Tracking Chart Data Expansion

We have also expanded the data available in Goal Tracking charts. Users can now view the raw data behind the metrics in these charts, providing a more comprehensive understanding of their goal performance. This feature allows you to analyze the specific data points contributing to your progress, enabling more accurate and actionable insights.

Numeric Funnel Stage Aggregation

Our funnel stage aggregation now supports numeric calculations such as 'Sum,' 'Total,' and 'Average.' This enhancement allows you to perform quantitative analysis on your funnel stages, providing a clearer picture of your sales performance. By aggregating data numerically, you can better understand the overall impact of each stage on your sales process.

Multi-Object KPI Options

We have introduced multi-object KPI options for Scorecard, Line, Bar, KPI, and Goal Tracker charts in Reports & Sales Analytics. This feature allows you to combine multiple KPIs into a single view, providing a more holistic perspective on your performance. By analyzing multiple KPIs together, you can identify correlations and trends that might not be apparent when looking at them individually.

Real-Time Sales Insights

Insights for Sales Analytics are now processed instantly, providing real-time data for better decision-making. This improvement ensures that you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips, enabling you to respond quickly to changes in your sales environment. Real-time insights can help you stay ahead of the competition and make more informed strategic decisions.

Grand Total in Tabular Charts

Users can now see the grand total for all tabular charts. This feature provides a comprehensive view of your data, making it easier to understand the overall impact of your metrics. By displaying grand totals, you can quickly assess the cumulative performance of your sales activities and identify areas that need attention.

Custom Display Names in Standard/Custom Metrics

We have enabled users to change the display names of standard and custom metrics. This flexibility allows you to tailor your reports to better suit your needs, making it easier to understand and communicate your data. By customizing display names, you can ensure that your reports are clear and relevant to your audience.

Allowing '0' in Value Fields in Audits

Users can now include '0' in value fields in audits, ensuring complete and accurate data representation. This fix addresses previous limitations where '0' values were not accepted, providing a more accurate picture of your audit data. By allowing '0' values, you can ensure that all relevant data points are captured and analyzed.

Field Type Present with Operator in Funnel Stages

Field types are now present with operators in funnel stages, allowing for more precise data filtering. This fix enhances the accuracy and relevance of your funnel analysis, ensuring that you can segment your data based on specific criteria. By including field types with operators, you can create more targeted and effective funnel stages.
